A fun collage of pictures and inspirational words and quotes which best represent your life dreams and passions.
WHY CREATE A VISION / DREAM BOARD?
A Vision or Dream Board helps to create focus, intention and attention for your dreams. The more energy you put toward your dreams, the more you attract them into your life.
THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
- Poster board - or something to create your board with (it can even be digital if you prefer).
- Scissors
- Glue or tape
- Pictures, quotes and inspirational words that represent your dreams. If you can't find them, you can write them in or look on the internet and print out words/quotes/photos.
- STEP 1 - Get clear on what you want to create. The clearer and more specific you are, the better. You can include different goals in your life, but since you are wanting to create a dream / vision campaign, you can choose to focus solely on it. DREAM BIG!
- STEP 2 - Find / collect photos, quotes and inspirational words that best represent your vision campaign. These are photos and words that help you FEEL really inspired when you look at them. You can use old magazines, postcards, cards and the internet. You can also be really creative and put colorful embellishments on it.
- STEP 3 - Arrange how you want your inspirational images and words to be placed.
- STEP 4 - Glue or tape them all down. You aren't trying for perfection here. This is YOUR board. It is perfect for YOU no matter how you create it. There is no right or wrong way.
- STEP 5 - Look at your board and see and feel yourself living those dreams and achieving those goals. Imagine how it makes you feel seeing yourself at the finish line!
