Donations and Withdrawls are processed through PayPal, our payment processor. All donations and withdrawals are completely safe. When you set up your campaign, in order to go live, you must set up an account with PayPal and provide them with your bank information so they can transfer your fabulous donations to you. 

All of your Donations are held until a withdrawal request is received. Once you receive a donation, those funds will be transferred and available for withdrawal once it processes. When you want to withdraw your funds, please contact us and we will submit the withdrawal. 

Withdrawals usually take 2-5 business days depending on area. And do not fret - if you decide to withdraw money during your campaign, it will not change your raised donation meter total.
